1. Mr. D. Mohapatra, learned counsel appearing for the CDA states that if the Petitioner applies for new form then his application will be disposed of in a time bound manner.

2. It is directed that if the Petitioner applies in the new form and completes all the necessary formalities not later than 12th August, 2022, his application will be processed and the decision of the CDA thereon will be conveyed to the Petitioner not later than 19th September, 2022. This Court clarifies that it has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case.
