1. The statement of the Informant's daughter under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has been enclosed as Annexure-2. In the said statement, she states that she went away with the present Petitioner of her own accord.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner further states that both the Petitioner and the Informant's daughter are married and since 2015 have been living together as husband and wife.

3. The above contentions are not contradicted by the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

4. In that view of the matter, all the proceedings in G.R. Case No.688 of 2012 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Bhadrak are hereby quashed.

5. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms. A copy of this order be communicated to the concerned trial court forthwith.
