This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the F.I.R. in Astarang P.S. Case No.88 of 2010, corresponding to G.R. Case No.849 of 2010, pending in the court of J.M.F.C., Nimapara.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners at the time of call. The case is of the year 2011.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for nonprosecution.

Interim order dated 20th April, 2011 passed by this Court in Misc. Case No.611 of 2011 stands vacated. 6.
