This application under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners with a prayer to quash the order of cognizance dated 24th September, 2010 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Balasore in C.T. No.1028 of 2010.

No one appears on behalf of the Petitioners at the time of call. The case is of the year 2010.

As such, the CRLMC is dismissed for non-prosecution. 5.
