1. Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that he will withdraw Order No.

these writ petitions with liberty to approach the Excise Commissioner regarding interchangeability in terms of the earlier policy. If such application is filed not later than 6th February, 2023, then it would be considered on its merits by the Excise Commissioner and after hearing the Petitioner, a reasoned order

should be passed within a period of four weeks thereafter. Till disposal of the application, the interim order passed by this Court in these writ petitions will continue. The Court clarifies that it has not expressed any view in the matter.

2. The writ petitions are disposed of as withdrawn in the above terms.

3. Issue urgent certified copy of this order as per rules (Dr. S. Muralidhar) Chief Justice (M. S. Raman) Judge Aks/Laxmikant
