1. Affidavits of Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 have been filed stating that the disputes have been settled through a compromise. There is no denial of those documents by the learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.

2. Consequently, the proceedings in G.R. Case No.1 of 2014 pending in the court of SDJM, Khurda and all proceedings consequent thereto are hereby quashed.

3. The CRLMC is disposed of in the above terms.
