This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode.

Petitioner, in this writ petition prays for a direction to the Tahasildar, Anandpur to dispose of Mutation Case No.1397 of 2021 and to issue corrected ROR in favour of the Petitioner pursuant to judgment and decree passed by learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Anandpur in CS No.10 of 2019. 3.
Mr. Mishra, learned ASC on instruction submits that Mutation Case No.1397 of 2021 has already been dropped in the meantime vide order dated 3rd January, 2022. He submitted a copy of the said order, which is taken on record. He also undertakes to supply copy of the said order to learned counsel for the Petitioner.

In view the submission made by Mr. Mishra, learned ASC, this Court disposes of the writ petition as infructuous with an observation that the Petitioner, if so advised, may workout his remedy in accordance with law.
