This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the petitioner at the time of call. On the last occasion no one had also appeared in this case. 3.

Mr. S.K. Joshi, learned counsel appearing for the Opposite Party No.1 submits that it is an year old matter and the complaint case is of the year 2015 which needs to be disposed of as early as possible. Learned counsel for the State also submits that there is merit in the CRLMC.

In view of the aforesaid submissions and taking into consideration the fact that nobody has appeared on behalf of the petitioner at the time of call, the CRLMC is disposed of as dismissed for non-prosecution.

However, the learned trial Court is requested to dispose of 1.C.C. Case No.13 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible within three months of receipt of this order.
