Mr. B.B.Mishra, learned counsel for the Petitioners stated that the order impugned is appealable one. Therefore, without awaiting the A.D. from Opposite Party Nos.5, 6 & 7, the Writ Petition may be disposed of permitting the Petitioner to pursue his remedy by availing the appeal provision in accordance with law.

In view of the above, the Writ Petition stands disposed of granting liberty as aforesaid to the Petitioner.
