Heard learned counsel for the Parties.

There is rejection on the request of the Petitioners for Secretarial Admission Pass on the sole ground that there is no material to establish that the members of Petitioner were the Accredited Journalists but their application has not been sponsored by the I & PR Department.

In the circumstance this Court observes, for there is technical rejection of the Petitioners request for Secretarial Admission Pass, it may be open to the Petitioners to submit a fresh application with sponsorship of the I & PR Department along copy of Accredited Journalist in favour of the Petitioners.

Let the Petitioners submit a fresh application within three weeks with proper sponsorship, in such event the Competent Authority shall do well in taking a lawful decision without being influenced by the observation in Annexure-10 herein by completing

// 2 // such exercise at least within a period of ten days of submission of fresh application.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of.
