1. This petition was filed way back on 18th February, 2009 and no Order No.
notice has formally been issued in the present petition till date. Once it went before the Lok Adalat on 30th October, 2010 and it came up for hearing several years later on 23rd February, 2017. However, on that date, learned counsel for the Petitioner sought for an adjournment.
2. On 25th November, 2017 learned counsel for the Petitioner was directed "to file the annexures with appropriate pagination and also indicate the pages in the index". Despite more than four years having been elapsed since then, the Petitioner has not complied with the said direction.
3. The Court therefore, does not propose to grant any further indulgence to the Petitioner. The contempt petition is accordingly dismissed.
