Heard Mr. S.K. Nayak, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. A.K. Nanda, learned Additional Government Advocate. 2.

In view of the provisions as contained in Sub-Section 3 of Section 7-A of the Odisha Government Land Settlement Act, 1962, Mr. Nayak wants to withdraw this writ petition as he wants to approach the appropriate authority for redressal of the grievances of the petitioners.
