This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the FIR in connection with Tikabali P.S. Case No.58 of 2011 corresponding to G.R. Case No.214 of 2011 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., G. Udayagiri.

None appears for the Petitioner, when the matter was called. On the earlier occasion also, none appeared for the Petitioner.

It appears that the Petitioner is a recalcitrant litigant and does not want to proceed with the matter and has lost interest in the litigation.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 6.

This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
