The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Khariar P.S. Case No.408 of 2021 corresponding to C.T. Case No.391 of 2021 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C., Khariar registered for alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 370(3)/370(5)/417/120(B) IPC and Section 25 of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) Act has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.14614 of 2021, which was disposed of

// 2 // vide order dated 03.12.2021 directing him to surrender before the court in seisin over the matter. But the Petitioner without surrendering the court in seisin over the matter has again come to this Court seeking pre-arrest bail. Since the Petitioner has not complied with the earlier direction of this Court, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner afresh.

Accordingly, the ABLAPL stands rejected.
