3. The grievance of the Petitioner in this writ petition is that the power supply to the house of the Petitioner has not been given though inspection has been made. As such he has come to this Court seeking a mandamus to the opposite parties to give power supply on the basis of his application. But in the meanwhile the utility company has been taken over by the distribution company TPNODL. The Petitioner has made TPCODL as opposite parties 2 to 5, which the learned counsel stated to be an inadvertent typographical error. Therefore, he submits that a direction may be given to the distribution company to consider his application pending in this regard within a stipulated period.
