Considering the petition averments and upon hearing learned counsel for the Petitioners, he is permitted to correct the cause title which has been carried out in Court. In view of the above, the name of the Court as it appears in the 3rd line of 2nd Paragraph of the order dated 20.09.2022 be corrected as "Special Judge (Vigilance), Sundargarh" in place of "Special Judge (Vigilance), Sambalpur,".

In view of the above correction, time period for surrender of the Petitioners in the court below are extended by three weeks with effect from today.

The I.A. stands disposed of.
