None appears on behalf of petitioners. Mr. Mishra, learned advocate appears on behalf of opposite party. He submits, the case is covered under provision in section 53 of Employees State Insurance Act, 1948.

Perusal of order sheet shows that the petition was presented on 5th April, 2012 and not moved till date. On 9th April, 2016 it was placed before the National Lok Adalat but, petitioner went unrepresented. On top of that Mr. Mishra submits the case is covered.

Court presumes petitioner has lost interest.

The writ petition is dismissed.
