Since the case arises out of a matrimonial dispute between the parties and no first information report has yet been registered and there is no apprehension of arrest of the petitioners, I am not inclined to entertain the application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. The petitioners are at liberty to seek appropriate remedy after the registration of the F.I.R. The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.
