1. This petition complains of illegal prawn gherries in Kendrapara district and in particularly Rajkanika Tahasil. The Court is already seized of this very issue in Writ Petition (Civil) No.7469 of 2017. There is no need to multiply PILs on the same issues. Whatever information the learned counsel for the Petitioners may have, it can be provided to Mr. Mohit Agarwal, learned Amicus Curiae who is assisting the Court in the aforementioned Writ Petition (Civil) No.7469 of 2017.
