2. It is contended by learned counsel for the opposite party that the opposite party has already extended with the relief pursuant to the direction given by the tribunal in its order dated 22.08.2013 passed in O.A. No. 2876 (C) of 2012.

In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in this writ petition, which has been filed by the State-petitioners challenging the said order of the tribunal.
