Serious allegation is made that even if hearing the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, the matter is kept for long period for delivery of order. This Court in disposal of the C.M.P. observes in the event application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act is already heard and pending for order, order may be pronounced at least within a period of seven days from the date of production of certified copy of this order by the petitioners.
