This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

None appears for the Petitioners at the time of call, so also no one had appeared on the previous occasions on 22.09.2022 and 31.10.2022. This Court by the last order has given one more chance to the Petitioners but the Petitioners have failed to avail the same. 3.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, it pre-supposes that the Petitioners are not interested to prosecute the matter. 4.

Hence, this CRLMC is dismissed.
