2. Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that the present contempt has become infructuous as in compliance of the order dated 30.01.2018 passed in W.P.(C) No.26191 of 2017, the representation of the petitioner for release of land to set up a fabrication unit has since been decided.

3. In view of the above, the CONTC is dismissed as infructuous.
