On perusal of the pleadings, it is seen that the petitioner has assailed his discharge as a Home Guard.

It is on record that the petitioner preferred the appeal after lapse of 10 years for which the Appellate Authority did not consider the same.

On going through the materials on record, this Court does not find any prima facie ground to exercise its power under Article 226 for entertaining the present Writ Petition. 7.
