This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 06.01.2009 passed by the learned J.M.F.C., Jaleswar in C.T. Case No.470 of 2008 wherein the learned J.M.F.C. has taken cognizance under Sections 498-A/323/506/509/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.

None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

Accordingly, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution. 5.

However, liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the points at the time of framing of charge, if so advised.
