Assailing the provisional gradation list prepared by the Project Director, DRDA Sambalpur of Gram Rozgar Sevak (GRS), in Kainshir Gram Panchayat, the present Writ Petition has been filed. 4.

Considering the nature of the grievance, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to approach this Court in case there is any fresh cause of action.
