This matter is taken up through video conferencing mode.
2. Heard Mr. P.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner.
3. The petitioner, who has been continuing in service by virtue of interim order dated 22.01.2020 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.2157 of 2020, has filed this writ petition alleging non-payment of his salary without seeking such relief in the aforesaid earlier writ petition, which is pending. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable.
4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw
this writ petition with liberty to file an appropriate application in the connected W.P.(C) No.2157 of 2020.
5. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of.
6. As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned advocate, in the manner prescribed, vide Court's Notice No.4587 dated 25th March, 2020, as modified by Court's notice no. 4798 dated 15th April, 2021, and Court's Office Order circulated vide Memo Nos.514 and 515 dated 7th January, 2022.
