Heard Mr.P.K.Jena, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Zafarulla, learned Addl. Standing Counsel.

On instruction Mr.Zafarulla, learned Addl.
Standing Counsel submits that most of the witnesses have been examined in connection with F.I.R. at Annexure-1 and the Investigating Officer requires two months more time to complete the investigation. 3.
Considering such submissions, the CRLMP is disposed of directing the I.I.C., Nayapalli Police Station, Bhubaneswar (opposite party No.1) to take all steps to complete the investigation in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no

Urgent certified copy of the order be granted on proper application.
