This matter is taken up through Video Conferencing Mode. 2.

Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The limited grievance of the Petitioner in this case is that an application dated 04.12.2021 has been filed in G.R.Case No.718 of 2021 in the Court of the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur. It is stated that the same is pending before the said Court and not being disposed of expeditiously.

Learned counsel appearing for the State-Opposite Parties submits that he has no objection if a direction is given to the learned J.M/F.C., Salipur to dispose of the same within a stipulated time in accordance with law, if the application is still pending. In such view of the matter, this CRLMP is disposed of with a direction to the learned J.M.F.C., Salipur to dispose of the Petitioner's application dated 04.12.2021 filed in G.R.Case No.718 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of an authenticated copy of this order by giving due opportunity to the parties concerned.

With the aforesaid direction, the CRLMP is disposed of. 6.

As the restrictions due to resurgence of COVID -19 situation are continuing, learned counsel for the parties may utilize a print out of the order available in the High Court's website, at par with certified copy, subject to attestation by the concerned Advocate, in the manner prescribed vide Court's Notice No.4587, dated 25th March, 2020 as modified by Court's Notice No.4798, dated 15th April, 2021 and Office Order dated 7th January, 2022.
