This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioner for quashment of the order dated 27.01.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Deogarh in C.T Case No.639 of 2009 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 354/506 IPC and Section 3(i)(x)(xi) of the SC & ST (PA) Act against him.
3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner has sought for an adjournment.
4. This case is of the year 2011. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter.
5.Since there is no illegality or infirmity in the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the same.
// 2 // 6.Accordingly, this CRLMC stands disposed of. 7.However, liberty is given to the Petitioner to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge.
8. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
