On the own submission of Mr. Dhar, learned counsel for Order No.

Petitioner, there is already a statement by way of document that there is already involvement of demolition of the Petitioner's booth as appearing at page 29 of the brief.

It is, in the circumstance, this Court finds, there is no further ground than to entertain the writ petition, except in disposal of the writ petition this Court directs the Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Municipal Corporation to work-out the request of the Deputy General Manager (Marketing) as appearing at page 28 of the brief involving the affected persons within a period of two months from the date of communication of an authenticated copy of the order along with a copy of the writ petition by the Petitioner, if the same has not been worked-out as yet. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
