Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

Considering the submissions and on going through the nature of accusations; further keeping in view the surrounding circumstances of the case as also concerning the Petitioner and in the absence of any other impediment, it is directed that in the event the Petitioner surrenders before the Court in seisin of the case in Phiringia P.S. Case No.68 of 2019 corresponding to C.T. Case No.38 of 2019 pending on the file of the learned Special Judge, Phulbani and moves for his release on bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order and disposed of early in accordance with law. 4.

The ABLAPL is accordingly disposed of.

The interim order dated 06.02.2020 stands vacated. Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
