1. The Petitioner Union had come to the Court aggrieved by an order passed by the Opposite Party-Management requiring the Petitioner Union to vacate Barrak No.I, Unit-V of the Annex Building, Bhubaneswar. This was intimated to the Petitioner by letter dated 29th November, 2013 of the Opposite PartyManagement.

2. Notice in the present petition was issued way back on 5th December, 2013. During the more than eight years of pendency of the present petition, no counter affidavit has been filed. Also, counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioners have continued in the said room till date.

3. It appears to the Court that the Opposite Parties are really not interested in disturbing the Petitioner Union's occupation

// 2 // of the said room. Accordingly, the interim order dated 5th December, 2013 is made absolute. In the event that any fresh notice issued by the Opposite Party-Management in this regard, it will be open to the Petitioner to seek appropriate remedies in accordance with law.
