This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Cuttack Sadar P.S. Case No.516 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 385, 294, 323, 324, 307, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

Heard the learned counsel for the Petitioner and the learned counsel for the State.

It appears that the Petitioner had earlier approached this Court in ABLAPL No.11777 of 2021, which was dismissed on merit in respect of him vide order dated 24th November, 2021. 5.

Petitioner wants review the aforesaid order dated 24th November, 2021 by filing this present application.

Considering the facts and submission made, this Court is not inclined to entertain the prayer made by the Petitioner. 7.

Accordingly, the prayer for pre-arrest bail of the Petitioner stands rejected and the ABLAPL is disposed of being dismissed.
