The Petitioner apprehending his arrest in Bantala P.S. Case No.426 of 2021 registered for alleged commission of offences punishable under Sections 376(2)(n), 366, 313, 323, 506 read with Section 34 of the I.P.C., has filed this petition for his release on pre-arrest bail.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the Petitioner that notice under Section 41-A of Cr.P.C. was issued to the Petitioner and he has complied with the same. As such, the matter has become infructuous.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Petitioner, this ABLAPL stands disposed of as infructuous.
