This is an application for modification of order dated 02.02.2022 passed in BLAPL No.613 of 2022.

It is directed that in last line of paragraph-7 of the order dated 02.02.2022 in place of "no criminal antecedents" it be read as " no criminal antecedents of similar nature "

With the aforesaid modification the I.A. stands disposed of. 5.

Issue urgent certified copy as per Rules.
