This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual /Physical Mode).

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was granted with bail in BLAPL No.618 of 2022 by order dated 02.02.2022 but in paragraph-3 of the said order, subject to furnishing cash security of Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) besides other conditions. It is further submitted that the petitioner is unable to arrange the cash security and he is still in custody. Hence, it has been submitted that the cash security may be modified.

Considering the submissions and the circumstances, it is directed that the condition of furnishing cash security Rs.20,000/-(rupees twenty thousand) as imposed in the order dated 02.02.2022 is modified to the extent that the petitioner shall furnish cash security of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) to the satisfaction of the learned

The I.A. is disposed of accordingly.
