This matter is taken up through Hybrid Arrangement (Virtual/Physical Mode).

This application has been filed by the petitioner for extension of time to surrender before the Court below, as was directed vide order dated 29.07.2022.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not be able to surrender before the Court below due to some difficulties. Thereafter, an I.A. was filed seeking extension of time, however, the same could not have been taken up. 4.

Considering the grounds stated, four weeks time from today is extended to the petitioner to surrender before the Court below subject to deposit of a cost of Rs.1500/- (fifteen hundred) in the Advocates' Page 1 of 1.

Welfare Fund, Odisha High Court Bar Association within a week and furnishing money receipt thereof in proof of deposit. 4.

It is made clear that, if the cost is not deposited within the stipulated time, time extended for the petitioner to surrender before the Court below shall stand revoked automatically. 5.

I.A. stands disposed of.
