Heard counsel for the petitioner.

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking to quash the notice dated 02.06.2012 under Annexure-15 rescinding his contract and imposing penalty on him and he further seeks direction to opposite parties no.2 and 4 to make measurements of the actual work done at site in his presence, release all his payments as due with interest within a stipulated period and allow the petitioner to complete the approach road of the subject bridge within the said period under Annexure-13.

In course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner states that highlighting the grievances, the petitioner has made representation to opposite party no.4 vide Annexure-7 and the same may be directed to be
considered within a stipulated time, to which learned State Counsel has no objection.

As agreed by learned counsel for the parties, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, disposes of the writ petition directing opposite party no.4 to consider the representation filed by the petitioner vide Annexure-7 and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of production of certified copy this order.
