This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. R. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. S.N. Nayak, learned Additional Standing Counsel. 3.
Mr. R. Roy, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that similar matter had come up before this Court for consideration in W.P.(C) No.19550 of 2011, which has been disposed of vide order dated 03.02.2021. Since the issue involved in this case is similar to the said writ petition, the present writ petition may be disposed of in the light of the order dated 03.02.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.(C) No.19550 of 2011.

It is agreed by learned counsel for the parties that the issue involved in this case is analogous to one involved in W.P.(C) No.19550 of 2011, which has been disposed of vide order dated 03.02.2021 by this Court.

Therefore, in view of the detailed reasons stated in the
order dated 03.02.2021 passed in W.P.(C) No.19550 of 2011, this writ petition stands disposed of in terms of the said order.
Issue urgent certified copy as per rules.
