1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.

2. The Petitioner has prayed in this Writ Petition to direct the Opposite Parties to take a decision on his Representation, as at Annexure-14 Series, within a stipulated time frame, in view of the Office Orders of the State Government, H & UD Department as well as the Corporation, as at Annexure-3 to 11, so also in view of the Orders passed by the Odisha Administrative Tribunal, this Court as well as Apex Court, as at Annexure-13 Series, claiming his case to be similar to the said cases.

3. In view of such limited prayer, the Writ Petition stands disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the Opposite Party No. 2-Director Municipal Administration, Ex-Officia, Addl. Secretary to

// 2 // Government of Odisha, Housing & Urban Development Department, Bhubaneswar to take a decision on the said Representation of the Petitioner dated 12.02.2018 within a period of two months from the date of communication of the certified copy of this Order.

4. Petitioner is directed to supply a copy of the Writ Petition with Annexures to the Opposite Party No. 2 along with certified copy of this Order.
