Heard Mr.Bibhudutta Subhasish, petitioner in person and Order No.

Mr.S.P.Panda, learned Additional Government Advocate for the State. 2.

This writ petition involves the following prayer: "It is, therefore prayed that under the facts and circumstances narrated above your Lordship's would be graciously pleased to direct Opp. Party No.1 to supply/dispatch the document to Opp. Party No.2 for preparation of Record of Right;

And further be pleased to direct Opp. Parties to record the schedule land in the name of the Petitioner;

And any other writ/writs, direction/directions, order/orders be passed as your Lordships think fit and proper;

And for this act of kindness the petitioner shall as in duty bound ever pray."

From paragraph-5 of the writ petition, it appears there was asking for supply of detail report from the Tahasildar and also for supply of trace map for taking into account the case of the petitioner in the settlement operation continuing at the relevant point of time. Paragraph-6 of the writ petition further discloses for non-supply of documents, petitioner's Objection Case No.388/65 of 2012 appears to have been rejected. Through the writ petition, petitioner seeks direction for supply of documents in Annexure-3 series to enable the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy. This Court finds surprise in pendency of such writ petition for over nine years.

This Court accordingly disposes of the writ petition with a direction the Tahasildar, Bhubaneswar-opposite party no.1 provide the documents indicated in Annexure-3 series to the petitioner at least within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of certified copy of this order by the petitioner. ;
