1. This matter is taken up through Hybrid mode. Order No.
2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the order dated 07.01.2011 passed by the learned S.D.J.M., Bhubaneswar in G.R. Case No.1905 of 2010 wherein the learned S.D.J.M has taken cognizance under Sections 498(A)/323/294/406/506/34 IPC and Section 4 of the D.P Act against them.
3. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.
4. It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.
5. Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for non-prosecution but liberty is given to the Petitioners to raise all the contentions at the time of framing of charge.

6. Interim order passed earlier stands vacated. This order be communicated to the trial court immediately.
