This Contempt Petition has been filed in the year 2021 for noncompliance of the order dated 24.01.2020 passed in W.P.(C) No.29267 of 2019. The Writ Petition vide W.P.(C) No.29267 of 2019 appears to have been disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Sadar, Dhenkanal to dispose of Mutation Case No.241 of 2016 pending therein.

In course of hearing, Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnor brings to the notice of the Court through instruction that in the meantime the above mutation case have been finally disposed of on 28.04.2021.

keeping in view the above submission of Mr.Panda, learned counsel for the Contemnor this Court finds no cause of action survives in the Contempt Petition presently which is thereby dropped accordingly.
