Mr. Nayak, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, challenge is against refusal to register the sale deed as not accompanied by written permission under section 22 of Orissa Land Reforms Act, 1960 as well as notification under section 73(c). 2.

He submits, the challenge is covered, inter alia, by order dated 10th January, 2022 passed by this Bench in W.P.(C) no.34255 of 2021 (Kokila Kumbhar v. State of Odisha and others). 3.

Mr. Sharma, learned advocate, Additional Government Advocate appears on behalf of State and submits, counter has been filed relying on, inter alia, circular dated 21st December, 2013. Mr. Das submits, the circular has been considered in order dated 19th June,

Challenge in the writ petition is covered for the same reasons given in said order dated 10th January, 2022. 5.

Petitioner will present the document for registration along with this order. In event the registering authority does not have any other ground for refusal, the document be registered. Either registration or issuance of refusal memo must be within seven days of presentation. 6.

The writ petition is disposed of.
