ORDER
22.04.2022 Order No.
16.
1.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.
2.
As submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners, there remains nothing for adjudication in so far as G.R. Case No.251 of 2008 arising out of Malgodown P.S. Case No.20 (A) of 2008 dated 25th February, 2008 is concerned in view of the order dated 6th January, 2014 of this Court passed in BLAPL Nos.2369, 1974, 2425 and 2497 of 2008 and while contending so, the learned counsel for the petitioners produced a copy of its order. 3.
In fact, this Court, while disposing of BLAPL Nos.2369, 1974, 2425 and 2497 by order dated 6th January, 2014 quashed the FIR in respect of Malgodown P.S. Case No. 20(A) of 2008 which corresponds to G.R. Case No.251 of 2008 pending before the learned S.D.J.M., Sadar, Cuttack.
4.
The learned counsel for the State admits that nothing really survives for the consideration.

In view of the above, the CRLMC stands disposed of. (R.K. Pattanaik) Judge TUDU
