Since the petitioner has filed this writ petition claiming relief against the Steel Authority of India, this Court has no jurisdiction to entertain this writ petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to pursue her remedy before the appropriate forum in accordance with law, if he is so advised. 3.

With the aforesaid liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
