1. This matter is taken up through hybrid mode.
2. Heard Mr. S. K. Ojha, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, so also Mr. M. K. Mishra, learned Senior Advocate for Opposite Party No. 3 and Mr. G. Rout, learned Counsel for the State.
3. Pursuant to Order dated 12.08.2022, after taking instructions in the said regard, the learned Counsel for the State fairly submits that the case of the Petitioner is covered by the Judgment passed by the coordinate Bench in Smt. Kamini Acharjya vs. State of Orissa and Others, reported in 2022 (I) OLR 1068.

4. The Opposite Parties are directed to sanction pension and extend all consequential benefits as per the entitlement of the Petitioner within a period of two months from the date of production/receipt of the certified copy of this Order in terms of the said Judgment reported in 2022 (I) OLR 1068.
