2. This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Khurda P.S. Case No.151 of 2014 corresponding to G.R. Case No.478 of 2014 pending in the court of learned S.D.J.M., Khurda on the ground that Petitioner No.1 and the victim are married together and living as husband and wife.

3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner does not want to press this petition with a liberty to file a better application.

4. Giving such liberty, this CRLMC stands disposed of as withdrawn.
