This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the Petitioners for quashment of the FIR in connection with Abhayahandpur P.S. Case No.223 of 2013 corresponding to G.R. Case No.1272 of 2013 pending in the court of learned J.M.F.C (P)., Kujang.

This case is of the year 2014. None appears for the Petitioners, when the matter was called.

It appears that the Petitioners are recalcitrant litigants and do not want to proceed with the matter and have lost interest in the litigation.

Hence, this CRLMC stands dismissed for nonprosecution.
